Black Soft Silicone Skin Case for Flip Ultra HD Camcorder
Good FixAugust 12, 2010 K(California) I purchased a flip for fathers day, the battery cover fell off while using the flip and was never found. I contacted flip support to only discover that you cannot replace only the cover but would have to replace the entire flip for $80.00. This was a last resort to keeping the batteries from falling out, so far so good.
Great ProtectionJuly 19, 2010 Cindy Burkham(Corpus Christi, Texas) This case fits the Flip Ultra HD like a glove. At first I wondered how I was going to get the camera into the case, but it was easy to slip the camera into it. It's a little harder to push the buttons through the case, but it is worth the little extra trouble for the protection it provides. I've already dropped the camera and there was no damage or scratches to it. I attribute that to the silicone case.

This case is ok but it is not worth $10, which is what I paid. My biggest complaint is that all kinds of lint and fuzz balls stick to it. I know this isn't a big deal but it is annoying. While the case does a good job at protecting the camera without making it hard to operate, it just comes down to the fact that it was way more expensive than it should have been. It is nice that the all the features of the camera are still completely functional with the case on (i.e. the tripod hole and the USB arm). If the price came down to $2-3 then I would absolutely recommend it, but I don't advise paying more than that for it.

I like the protection that this case offers, knowing that if I accidentally drop it it will be free of scratches. Only problem I have is while on vacation I had to replace the batteries due to the use, when taking it off, it tore by the bottom lower of the screen from being stretched off.
